What I have learned: I am smart and have a very wiggly tail that I use at all times. I am learning good leash manners. I am very alert and everything is so much fun to look at. My ears are perfect for hearing so they perk up. But I cannot meet every dog. I am taking that slow. I am crate-trained and have had no accidents in the house since being with my foster mom. All bathroom business is outside. Eating! Regular meals are good.
Other things I like to do for fun:
Sniff and run in the grass. Be a 40lb lap dog. You will definitely know I am near. And I will climb into your lap.
Nyla bones - wow! I can chew these forever. They keep me busy.
Eat Treats - I waddle right into the kitchen and sit for treats. Peanut butter. A West Paw treat holder with treats. Bully sticks. Hooves with goodies inside. Soft treats. Hard treats. Meat treats. TREATS!
Going for walks and car rides! - I meet so many nice people and other dogs. I am very social but need to get more comfortable with a regular dog life to meet other dogs on leash. I love to run and play. I have met my foster brother and I love to play with him. He is not used to a confident, bouncy girl -- it is still new to him. I am too fast for him too! I do really well in the car. I just sit in the back seat and look straight ahead. So much fun.
Overall Personality: I am confident. I am comfortable in new surroundings and parks but am easily distracted. I am learning not to pull and bark when I cannot play! I do want to meet people and like the attention. I will follow you around. I love to know what you are doing. I like to smile when I am wagging my tail. I love to be pet. I will gaze at you with my big brown eyes!
My favorite color is blue and I love my Supergirl collar. Well, that is what my foster mom says.
Basic commands: Kissing noise….I will lick your face (nah! I will lick your face without any command)! Good Morning = wake up. Outside. Inside. Sit (especially with treat in hand). Get down. No/Stop. Who’s Hungry (dinner)?
