Hi my name is Putz. I'm a handsome older gentleman of 16 years and I am searching for a forever home to spend my golden years in. I'm a sweet boy but I tend to keep to myself unless I want attention. I also make a great couch potato! I get along well with other cats and even do well with small breed dogs! I've never lived with children so a home without small children would likely suit me best at this point. Stop by and spend some time with me soon. My adoption fee is currently waived during our 'Senior Pet Adoption Special'!

***April 29th is Empty the Shelters Day***
We are happy to announce our participation in Bissell Pet Foundation’s, Empty the Shelters Day on Saturday, April 29th!

On April 29th the adoption fee of all spayed/neutered cats and dogs will be waived!!

We are currently accepting applications for preapproval for that day. Animals cannot be placed on hold for this event so if you are interested in a specific animal we encourage you to adopt them at our normal adoption fee before that day. We highly recommend submitting an application before the day of the event so we have time to process it.

Our adoption applications can be found on our website mashelter.org or here at the shelter!
