My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I’m Eggnog. I’m a 5-year-old neutered male terrier mix. I weigh about 16 pounds. I'm up to date on all of my vaccines and microchipped. So I'm ready to move in!

As you can see, I’m pretty unique looking, with my wacky wire hair coat. But that’s not all I have to offer. I’m sweet, spunky, and fun-loving! I really just can't wait to be be your new lap dog. I love to nuzzle and cuddle. And I also absolutely love other dogs!

Why am I in need of a home, you ask? Well, here's my story. My owners decided to surrender me to a high kill shelter right before the holidays. I was so confused and scared, wondering why they would abandon a sweet guy like me. Luckily the friendly folks at CageFree took notice of me and decided get me out of the shelter on Christmas Eve and work on finding me a new home. So they took me on a car ride to their facility, where I'm currently staying.
