Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cuddles earns his name. He does like to cuddle but also earns his nickname - Dash - as he can also be very playful. Cuddles is about 2 years old and around 22 pounds. He gets along well with both dogs and cats. He likes people but is a little shy when first meeting strangers. He knows basic commands of sit, down, and no. He learns quickly, rides well in the car and loves playing with stuffed toys, ball on a rope, and chewing elk antlers. Cuddles also walks well on leash. He would make a good companion dog for a family with adults or those with respectful children over 8 years old.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
