B B King was born around 9/30/2016.
He is a handsome smoky tuxedo kitten with an interestingly colored tail. He had a rough start early in his life. B B King was rescued very young from an alley where people threw rocks and water at him. He is still a bit hand-shy, but he loves to be petted and easily holds still if the hand movement is more surreptitious and comes with a treat. He swishes around foster's legs at feeding time. He will hang around known people comfortably and plays with string toys, even sitting on the lap of a trusted human; he simply does not want to be grabbed by just anyone. With an adopter's patience and willingness to accept affection on his terms and at his speed, he is a good, uncomplicated kitty. BB King is used to being around a calm dog and other cats of all sizes.
