My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sarge is 80 lbs. of gorgeous dog! He's a 2 year old purebred German Shepherd that arrived from an overcrowded shelter hoping to find a home sooner at Friendship. Sarge is a player...he will play all day and night as you can see in one of his photos. He's a big strong boy so younger children are not recommended. He's a smart fellow too and knows his basic commands. Sarge will need an active family that will have lots of time to play with and exercise him. If you like active and playful dogs, you will absolutely love Sarge.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
