Charlie is eight years old and has the energy of a puppy! His owner called and relinquished Charlie after her husband left her and Charlie. She could not afford rent on her own and couldn't keep Charlie to where she was moving. She wanted him safe and not in a shelter. A couple took him and brought him back after 6 weeks. They were too busy to care for him. The owners husband was told Charlie had returned and he chose not to take him. He was relinquished shortly after.
