My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diamond is a real gem! She's a 9 year old beagle that is just a delight. Diamond was recently adopted and returned. There were young kids in the family that she didn't appreciate and started nipping at them. She would be fine with younger kids visiting the home but really can't put up with a lot of commotion all day. She is dog friendly but has not lived with cats. Diamond does enjoy adult company all day. If you need a buddy, she will always be by your side. This sweet gal is house trained as long as she is kept on a schedule. She has manners in the home too. Diamond likes to chill out and cuddle and enjoys going on short walks. She would thrive in an adult household or one with older quieter kids.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
