AVAILABLE 08-25-16 Bonnie was brought to the Shelter by a good Samaritan who found her roaming a field in a neighboring county. She was rather thin and ragged looking, but tested negative for heartworms. She's now gained a little weight and her fur has filled out. Bonnie is a playful girl who enjoys the company of other dogs who like to play. She enjoys her leash walks and does pretty well once she gets past that initial "burst of freedom". Bonnie is pretty good at keeping her kennel clean waiting until she gets out to relieve herself. Like most hounds she is quite tolerant and definitely friendly. When you come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City don't pass up meeting this sweet Hound dog.
