Gouda's Story...
Meet Gouda!

This big love was a stray at the shelter. He is a big boy with a big heart. He is about 5-6 years old and great with adults and kids.

Gouda is good with both dogs and cats. He is crate trained and working on his house training. He has a cute personality - it is a mix of goofy and submissive. Like most dogs he could use some basic training but aims to please and is a fast learner.

His adoption fee is $200 and that includes his neuter, bloodwork, up to date vaccines and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gouda, a Phoenix Anatolian Shepherd/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Golden Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
