My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

.
Daniel and Cashmere are “special needs” kitties. Daniel is Male. Cashmere is female. They both tested slightly positive for FIV so they require a “Special Home” to insure their good health. With FIV a cats immune system is weakened. They contract fend off infectious diseases like normal cats with a fully functional, immune system. FIV cannot be spread to non feline animals or humans.

About Daniel… When the lady who found Daniel came upon him she thought he was dead. He was dehydrated, malnourished and on the edge of further deterioration towards his ultimate demise.

After taking him in and nurturing him extensively he began coming back to good health. He had a long, rough climb to the loving, playful kitty he is today.

About Cashmere… Cashmere also tested slightly positive for FIV. She was found abandoned in a trailer park and had not received nourishment or medical care. Her features are unique. One eyes one is bigger than the other. We have been monitoring her to see if their size changes. So far it has not. Her illness does not affect her ability to love, cuddle and play!

Concerning both cats, according to our excellent Vet “the test results could simply be the run down state of both cats or the over sensitivity of the lab instrument”.

We are concerned for these kitties and hope a “Special Person” will find them the perfect pair for them. Both cats are excellent candidates for an “only cat” family or as a second cats to an existing FIV cat family. They will need to be indoor cats only to insure their good health and longevity.

Both Daniel and Cashmere have been fully Vet’d, spayed, have received all shots, been wormed and have an implanted identity tag. They are cat pan trained. They have a great appetite love and love their cat crunchies.

Either or both would be a wonderful addition to your family. Should you wish to adopt both you would quality for our special “Bonded Pair Pricing”.

Please call or email us to learn more and discuss the possibilities.

Thanks for looking!
