Carlos's Story...
**PLEASE READ TO THE END FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION.**

Carlos is 4 months old and weighs 4.2 lbs. He'll probably get to about 8 lbs when he's fully grown. Carlos is all puppy, silly and playful. He's social and loves to play and sleep and snuggle. He's learning his potty manners and is already pretty good about peeing on the potty pad but still leaves little poop surprises for his foster mom to find. She's not as happy about those as he expects her to be, but he's catching on.

If you would like to adopt Carlos, please fill out an application at www.TexasChihuahuaRescue.com. His adoption fee, including transportation with vetting paperwork, microchip registration to adopter, collar & harness, is $700 CDN.

Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. This dog is being fostered in the San Antonio area. Additional photos and videos will be made available to potential adopters upon approval of our online adoption application. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carlos, a Hamilton Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Hamilton, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Hamilton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamilton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamilton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamilton paves the way for another one to be saved.
