Elvis's Story...
Welcome Elvis. He is a 3 year old Shepherd mix. He weighs about 45 pounds and he is nice dog. He is ok on a leash and he is good with other dogs. He would be best in a home with a retired couple or quieter home with older or no children. Someone who has had a shepherd mix would be great. He is smart and will learn easily what is needed and wanted. He holds his potty in the crate. He has some of the traditional Shepherd characteristics. He warms up slowly and bonds deeply. He has the traditional medium length coat. He is in Lytle, Texas and we will use a transporter to deliver him to the East or the West Coast. His adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185. Contact me for an application.

Act quickly to adopt Elvis. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elvis, a Pluckemin Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Pluckemin, or seeking a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Pluckemin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pluckemin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pluckemin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pluckemin paves the way for another one to be saved.
