Jack Jack's Story...
Meet Jack Jack
Jack Jack is a happy friendly boy. He loves to run and play. He gets along playing with other dogs but prefers not to share his food with other dogs. He understands simple commands and is easy to train. Jack Jack was an inside pet until recently, therefore he is housetrained and crate trained. He would need to be watched and reminded of his training in a new home. He loves to ride in a vehicle and meet new people. To hear more about this handsome fellow, call 540/586-6100 or go to www.bhsva.org/adoptions-home.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack Jack, a Bedford Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Bedford, or seeking a Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
