Born in the shelter- This little boy's mom was surrendered to the shelter when she was pregnant and so Bear and his siblings were born in the shelter.

Currently Bear and his three siblings and mom are at our vet's office until they are old enough to be weened. They are Diamond Dogs and will be networked for a loving forever home when they are ready.

They are adorable and mom has an awesome temperament.....no reason they won't as well.

About Diamond Dogs Rescue Inc - NJ Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

Our rescue focus is on adult dogs from the southeast that are in high kill shelters. Our plan is to fully vet as needed, evaluate and train as needed in preparation for adoption. We place our rescues in a foster home setting to prepare our dogs for a home of their own and to determine the best match for that rescue. Please keep in mind that a rescues are located in foster homes up the east coast. They can be transported to their forever home

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our dogs are all in foster care throughout NJ , and New England and various other locations. We do NOT have a physical location for your to visit our dogs, They are seen by appointment in foster homes.

Our Adoption Process...

We require an application to be filled out by all adopters. We require 3 references plus a vet reference as well as a home visit.Once you have been approved for adoption by filling out an application completing a home visit and having your references checked, we will put you in touch with the foster to meet the dog with your family. Sometimes we will do a home visit and bring the dog to the home visit after your application is approved.

Our adoption fee is $300 for adult dogs, unaltered pups under 6 months require an additional $50 "refundable" spay/neuter contract fee.
