Meet the Parks Pups! These special pups were found with their wonderful and attentive mom, Parks, when they were just a few days old. Parks was thin but healthy, and she did a great job keeping her puppies healthy and warm in the cold by finding a cardboard box on the street. The pups are healthy, thriving, and growing. Mama is probably a Border Collie and Labrador Mix. She is about 45-50 lbs, and we expect these cuties to be in that weight range or slightly larger. These puppies are either chocolate or black with short fur or wavy curly fur. Some have wrinkled faces, and some are chunky while others are more lean. These pups are very social and love attention. They play wonderfully together thanks to the mentoring by their attentive mom. Parks has a very sweet, gentle, and kind personality. These pups will need families who know the Border Collie Breed as well as Labradors. They will need plenty of exercise and attention as well as a job to do. Training will be required when you agree to adopt. Adopting a puppy is a long commitment and will require dedicated time to care and train your new baby so that they grow up to be a happy and healthy family member. If you are interested in meeting these pups, you will need to fill out an adoption application to get started.
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. To keep our puppies healthy, we only allow approved applicants to handle puppies at our adoption events. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
