My name is Elsie, and I'm a precious 6 yr. old Shih Tzu girl, who likes quiet times and relaxing. I'm mostly blind, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying life and going for walks around the neighborhood. I love exploring and checking out all the scents and sounds around me. I'm very well-behaved in the house, and enjoy resting on a soft blanket or doggie bed. I'm nicely house trained, and wonderful on car rides, too! I weigh 19 lbs., and I'm waiting patiently for my very own calm adult home. I'm fostering in Florida, and can travel to my new family.
