Update: Nibbly has been in his foster home for a while now. He can be playful and affectionate but generally it is on his terms. He needs an experienced owner who will take the time to work with him and have patience when he is 'not in the mood' He is quite the talker and will have a whole conversations with you while you are petting him. Please give this young boy a chance for a wonderful life.
Charlie was another dog in the home with Rozzi. His owner suffered a stroke and can no longer take care of either dog.
From his owner:
Charlie has lived with two adults and two dogs in his previous home. He is described as fearful around strangers and will bark and continue to bark when he is approached. He has spent time with children ages eight and older; he is described as relaxed and will play with the kids after some time getting to know them. Charlie lived with a male yorkie and female pit-bull; owner stated he was playful and relaxed with the other dogs. Charlie lived with a male cat as well and is described as tolerant towards the cat. He has snapped but never bitten another animal or person.
