Bella's Story...
Bella is looking for her forever home!

Bella is a beautiful 2 year old Pit bull mix. This lovely little lady was an amazing mom to her litter of 10 and while a couple of them are still searching for their forever homes, this loving lady needs a home of her own. Bella is good with other dogs and loves to play, so a playful companion would be ideal! Bella is great with cats and is very respectful of them. She is also wonderful with kids. She is crate trained and mostly house broken but will need to be kept on a schedule until she has it down a bit more. Bella is a well rounded dog that will fit into any family setting. She would do best in an active home that is willing to play and give her the proper exercise time.

If you have room in your home and heart for Bella, please visit www.because4paws.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Oxford Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
