Sweet and affectionate and devoted to her family as an emotional support dog and protection. Hazel enjoys walks in the neighborhood, car rides, and is very playful, racing ahead of you and running back to see why you are taking so long to catch up. She is not a ball junkie but will enjoy playing with you in impromptu ways. She is not particularly social with others and is not a doggie dog. She is a people dog who just wants to be with her people and enjoy them and their attention. She is faithful and loyal. She will love you, adore you, be your emotional support, your counselor and best friend, listening to everything you tell her. Her current foster is no longer able to care for her and to avoid her going into boarding she needs a foster/adopter.
If you are interested in meeting Hazel please complete an adoption application on our website below. You will also find our available dogs on both our web page and Facebook page below.
The adoption donation for most healthy adult dogs is $300. Special consideration is given to senior and special needs dogs. This amount only partially covers the cost of vet care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. All dogs will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, and be current on vaccinations. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
