Piper is a Terrier mix just full of personality! She is about three years old and weighs just a bit over 8 pounds. Piper is a social little girl and loves playing with any dog she meets, regardless of their size. She is afraid of the felines, however. This little sweetheart was rescued by our sister organization in Mexico where she was spayed, dewormed and given all her vaccines. She has made her way into foster care in Vancouver, BC.
