There has to be a pefect home out there for Harold, and I need your help to find it!
Harold is 3-4 years old, and lived on the streets for approximately a year in a rural county. In that year, Harold became self sufficient in fending for himself, which has become a part of Harold. I live by myself with the animals, and I know when I come home, Harold will be extremely happy to see me, but his main hang-up is he takes a while to warm up to visitors, although I have noticed a great improvement in the last couple of months. Harold knows this is a safe place, and visitors are fun, but when he goes to a new home, he'll need time to feel like it's a safe place again. He'll need his person to have lots of love and patience.
He is 100% potty trained and house-trained, and is great in his crate. I am, however, asking for a home without a lot of traffic or kids. Although this sounds bad, Harold almost needs someone who is a loner, but does enjoy the company of a companion dog.
I really need to find this guy a home, so if you think you may know someone who would be a good match, and he/she is looking for a dog, please send Harold's info. He absolutely love going for walks and long hikes. That's when he is happiest.
His adoption fee is waived, for an individual that has an approved application only. He comes neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, on flea and heartworm preventative, microchip, and lots of love from Harold.
