Hello world, I’m Shadow, and I’m told I’m quite the special girl. I just love this world, so much so that I just can’t stop shakin’ my booty (hmmmm…I mean my tail) all day long. I’m quite the comedian when I do this, I’m told. I flip and flop all over the place now that I’m the happy pup I was meant to be. Oh, but I digress, I need to tell you the story of my life so far…Somewhere along the line, I was abandoned by my family, hit by a car and shattered my pelvis. But in one of life’s strange turns my accident saved my life. I was hurt, no doubt about it, waiting forlornly at the pound, when my miracle happened. The best folks in the world from M.A.I.N rescued me. Got me all fixed up and now I’m better than ever. So after life with my fab foster, I’m ready for my forever home. I do have to tell you, I am a “talker”. I try to get my point across with my doggy grunts and groans and it seems to be working…I just love chatting with my humans! Did I tell you I’ve learned a lot here? I know about the crate (which I love) and yes, of course, I’m potty trained. And I love my little pup and kitty friends (I’m a little scared of the big dogs, and given my past injuries I might fit in better in a home without big dogs and young children). I love being active. Walks are my favorite, but I’m also content to hang with my humans and cuddle. All I want from life is a home with people that love me and I can love back. I’m searching for that forever home where I can spend the rest of my life doing what I do best -- being a best friend. Love to you all! Shadow
