Coco's Story...
Hi there! My name's Coco, what's yours?? I'm a 9 year old min pin, and I'd love to be your new best friend!! I was recently surrendered to the shelter, and I'd really like to find a new family to love. Could YOU be the one I'm waiting for??

I'm already up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and I also have a microchip. What more could you ask for?? If you have room in your house and heart for a nice little guy like me, stop by the shelter to say hi! Shelter hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-5, Tuesday and Thursday from 1-8, and Saturday from 10-2. Come visit me!

You can see some of our adoptable pets almost every Saturday at the Petsmart in Greensburg from noon to 6pm and some Sundays too. All adoption fees include spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a Youngwood Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Youngwood, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Youngwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Youngwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Youngwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Youngwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
