Chrysler's Story...
Are you looking for a classic Chrysler? Then this sweet little 10 year old dachshund maybe be just your style. Chrysler was surrendered to Goofy Foot along with her brother Rex. Chrysler is a very sweet girl who loves to snuggle up in bed and nap. She is in great health overall and has a New Years Resolution to shed a few pounds (don't we all?!). Chrysler likes beef hooves and fluffy dog beds. Chrysler would do best in a home with another mature dog who is also low key. She is housebroken and good with cats as well. So if you've always dreamed of that classic Chrysler, then she is the perfect low rider for you!

If you are interested in adding Chrysler to your family, please go to www.goofyfootrescue.org to complete an online adoption application. She is currently being fostered in west Tennessee. She will be transported once his adoption is finalized. Transport runs to the following cities: Harrisonburg, VA; Hagerstown, MD; Harrisburg, PA; Allentown, PA; Bedminster, NJ; Southington, CT; Willington, CT.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chrysler, a Southington Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Southington, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
