Cool as a cucumber....chill as the other side of the pillow. This wonderful terrier mix is easy keep.

Asher and his "street" family moved into a Good Samaritan's home who notified SNIPSA this little family of 6 had landed. A litter of puppies and two adult dogs were just too much for her to manage on her own. So SNIPSA stepped up and started helping with their medical care and placement.

In the foster home, Asher has shown his true colors. He loves to take walks with the seven year old child, will sleep in a crate with the door wide open, and thinks the chair is his dog bed. He is great with strangers and welcomes new faces. The kids keep trying to introduce him to the world of Xbox but he hasn't quite mastered all the rules- Spurs basketball is a top favorite.

Asher appears housebroken, will crate like a champ, and is also content to hang in the yard. He also does well with other dogs and even the resident office cat. For those of you looking for a low shedding Benji type breed, Asher is a good candidate. He walks well on a leash and enjoys exploring the neighborhood.
