Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tucker the Puggle! Estimated to be about 8 years old, he weighs in at a solid 40 pounds. Tucker's family was unable to keep him when their daughter went away to college. Although he's an older dog, he has a lot of life and love to give to his new family. In fact, his foster dad says Tucker is a perfect family dog.
Here's why: "He is completely housebroken. He sleeps through the night, sometimes in my daughter’s room or sometimes downstairs on the couch. He is a very sound sleeper. He is great around my dogs-- they ignore each other most of the time. On walks he doesn’t really pay attention to other dogs, and when around other dogs he is a perfect gentleman. He is really friendly--very affectionate, in fact--and he definitely wants to be with you when you are home. He's fine when we leave him home alone, except he climbs up on a desk or a table so he can look out the window. Although he's 7 or 8, he doesn't act his age at all. He likes to nap on the couch, but he also loves walks and running all around the yard. He is very strong, and very agile! He has no trouble jumping up or down from our couch or bed. As soon as someone meets him they will want to take him home. We are going to have a tough time seeing him go. Every person in our family loves this guy."
Tucker's adoption fee of $250 includes vet exam, DAPP distemper combo vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, Rabies vaccination, heartworm test (negative), heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, routine deworming, dental cleaning, microchip and neuter.
