Maggie's Story...
Maggie is a beautiful 4 year old silver sable German Shepherd x Husky mix looking for a family to love unconditionally. Maggie is a wonderful girl that adores her people. She is active, yet not crazy hyper. She is loving and follows you like a shadow. She talks just like a husky and will tell you all about her day. She is well mannered and is not a crate dog, she hates being crated but does great loose.

Maggie is a dominant female, she can not go to a home with other female dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Fort Worth German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Husky for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Husky breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
