Roscoe has had an interesting journey. Awhile back he came to BRLA from the Bakersfield shelter. Before he was adopted his original owners saw him on our website and showed proof he was there dog. Fast forward to a phone call from concerned neighboor saying a Boxer was mostly outside and turns out it was Rosco. He had shelter and food so the authorities said he was fine. Fast forward one more time and Roscoe's family is moving and does not wnat to take him. Concerned neighbors stepped up once again and took him in and contacted BRLA so Rosco would not end up in the shelter again. He is a happy guy and deserves a happy forever home.
