Scruffy is a 5 year old neutered kitty that is looking for a good home to provide him with the love and attention he craves and deserves.

He is very social and loving. Rubs against your legs, gets in your lap, and purrs. He will reach out for you or nip at you if he feels he is being ignored so he needs a home where he will receive lots of attention. He gets along well with other cats and has been around children. Scruffy has been an inside/outside kitty but will adjust well to being inside only, which will be better for him as he is very sensitive to fleas.

Due to housing and moving situations, Scruffy is now homeless due to no fault of his. He is temporarily staying at a friend’s home, but will not be able to stay there much longer. Please consider giving this wonderful cat a new forever home.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.

Our Adoption Process...

Please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.html

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
