Jethro is a traffic stopper! You could get lost looking into his beautiful blue eyes, plus his gorgeous blue coat is as soft as cashmere. Jethro is an affectionate Doberman mix puppy who weighs 20 pounds at 12 weeks old. He will be a medium to large dog as an adult and will probably weigh around 55 to 60 pounds. Jethro is a playful and fun little guy who adores his siblings and loves to romp and play. He is in a wonderful foster home with children and he loves their attention, too. Jethro would so enjoy an active adopter/family who will include him in their daily lives and activities.  If you would like to give this heart throb the forever home he deserves, apply to adopt Jethro today! (Please note, Jethro appears to have Color Dilution Alopecia. Color Dilution Alopecia is a condition in which dogs develop a gradual thinning of hair on their bodies and can lead to hair loss. This is common in dogs with blue coats.)

THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide, so distance is not a problem in most areas. We have a variety of transportation options to bring your new family member to you. Typical transport cost to the northeast is $150, but may be less depending on your location (Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA residents.)

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with an approved Adoption Application and an interview with one of our adoption coordinators. Our adoption donations are usually $75 for cats and start at $150 for dogs - depending on the animal, breed, etc. We require a signed contract. Our pets must live primarily indoors, and be adopted to homes who demonstrate their desire to add another family member to their home.
