Jack's Story...

Jack is an adorable 13-week-old Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix puppy.
He is almost 20 lbs now with an estimated adult weight of around 40 lbs.
This little guy was brought to a shelter after being hit by a car. He had a torn diaphragm, which was surgically repaired. He is being fostered by his veterinarian (he was too cute to send back to the shelter!) and he has completely recovered.
He has been vaccinated, dewormed, neutered and microchipped.
He is a sweetheart, very affectionate and playful. He's very smart and learns everything quickly.
He's already house-trained and crate-trained.
This handsome pup will make a wonderful addition to your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Olympia Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
