Scott's Story...
Woof Woof! My name is Scott and I am young terrier mix that was just running around a neighborhood eating out of trash cans. I have lots of energy since I am young and I love to be outside and play. I currently have a roomie at the shelter and we love to play together. I would love to have a loving family to call my own. Please consider me for your newest family member.

Act quickly to adopt Scott. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scott, a Oakville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labradoodle for sale in Oakville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Oakville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labradoodle breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakville paves the way for another one to be saved.
