Jinx-9 MONTHS-PRETTY PRINCESS's Story...
Hi, I’m JINX. I am one of those sweet young things, though cautious initially. I’d like to get to know you before I throw myself at your feet. I’m a pretty princess who will do best in a home that’s not noisy or active. Young kids are too fast and loud for me. A cat tree by a window would be great so I can keep an eye on things and protect my home. One easygoing male kitty is okay if he’ll let me be in charge, and so is a quieter dog who will ignore me. I’m looking for a kind, patient human who will let me blossom in my own time.

** JINX is estimated to be 9 months. Her adoption fee is $125. Come see her at the Naperville PETCO (348 S. Rt. 59, near Arby's)! WALK-IN ADOPTION HOURS at that location are 1-4:00 on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS -- NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

** For more information or to schedule a weekday appointment, please email dina.purrsnaperville@aol.com. (Our phones are currently under maintenance, and will be available again shortly.)

** All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLeuk tested, wormed, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jinx-9 MONTHS-PRETTY PRINCESS, a Hillside Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hillside, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Hillside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillside paves the way for another one to be saved.
