I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
DRAKE is a loveable, affectionate, playful young boy. A shepherd/hound mix with a big heart. He will be your best friend, no matter what, but especially if you rub his belly and his ears. DRAKE is great with other dogs; loves to play, chase, and pounce play. He is quickly learning commands like sit, shake, leave it, and bed. He really wants to please. He's good on leash, pretty much house broken, and crate trained.. DRAKE is 10 months old, 41 pounds. He is playful, but gentle and would be fine with kids; a really great companion. We do not know if he is OK with cats. He's up to date on shots and neutered. Even though he's still a pup, he is very well trained and well behaved. The Rescue Express is a PA licensed, non-profit foster-based rescue. We primarily focus on eleventh hour rescue of dogs who are slated for euthanasia at high-kill facilities. We help out NE facilities as well as numerous facilities in the rural south and midwest. We also post local cats in need.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We do not have a shelter. Please submit an adoption application if you are interested in meeting any of our available pets who are in foster homes or boarding facilities.
Our Adoption Process...
We require that all potential adopters fill out an adoption application, provide all requested references, participate in a home visit and agree to our contract stipulations. We strive to make the best match possible for both the adoptee and the adoptive family.
