Speck was rescued from a 'high-kill' Animal Control facility in Rutherfordton, NC

Her adoption fee is: $195(includes spay, micro-chip, Rabies, Bordatella and Parvo/Distemper/Lepto vaccines current, and current on flea/tick/, heart worm and internal parasite prevention, health certificate-issued within 3 days of transport, Martingale collar and leash, plus beef knee-cap bone).

Speck is a DElight! Sweet, friendly and out-going, gentle, playful and a very happy little girl. Would make a great companion for any size family with older, respectful children and a physically secured fenced-in yard(NOT ELECTRIC!).

ALL of Howlin4Spirit's rescued pups are in foster care in Rutherfordton, NC(transport is available via wither licensed and bonded 'HAPPY DOGS' OR 'SAVE THEM ALL' rescued pet transport-their fee=$100 to Philly, NJ, NYC and LI, and $125 to all points N of NYC/LI, as far as Manchester, NH & Albany/Syracuse, NY), to be paid by the adopter upon delivery every SATURDAY(except for July 4th, Christmas and New Years).
