Cruise's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING for CRUISE.
This little guy was found wondering the streets of Fremont, California. After an exhaustive search for an owner, his savior turned him over to us. We are guessing that he was born on/or about 04.20.2003. He is light tan and white with a tan spot right on the top of his head between his colored ears! With one brown eye and one blue eye, it will only take one look for him to cruise right into your heart. Especially with that little pink nose that has a couple of black spots on it. He is a sweet little guy who loves to play with the other puppies and dogs around the house. He is still not sure about the cat, but we think he'll do fine. He follows his foster mom from room to room to lay at her feet while she works on the computers. He's a lover and loves to be loved. He is current on his shots and will be neutered before being placed in his forever home. If you are interested, send an e:mail to PitbullRescue@SBCglobal.net requesting an application. Adoption Fee: $150.00
Adoption Requirements: Application, Interview, Homecheck. Be sure to check him out at his own webpage: http://pawprintzpitrescue.tripod.com/pitbullrescue/id60.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cruise, a Bakersfield American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bakersfield, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bakersfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bakersfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bakersfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bakersfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
