Beatrice is a precious 16 year old chihuahua that found herself in a very sad situation. Beatrice's owner has terminal cancer and had no one to care for Beatrice as her illness progressed. DFW Rescue Me stepped in to offer Beatrice a soft place to land until she can find her new forever home.
Beatrice will do best in a home where she is the center of attention. She will be your shadow and lap warmer. Such a sweet girl that is house-trained, good with other dogs and loves everyone that shows her attention. She is a tiny girl weighing in at approximately 5 lbs. Only homes with no, or older children will be considered due to her Beatrice's age and size.
The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet.

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
