My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Duke! This big boy is an 8 month old German Shepherd with tons of energy. Duke is 80 pounds of awesome with a little more growing to do. Duke will require a home with an active, experienced dog owner with time to invest in this amazing dog.

He was surrendered by an owner who simply no longer had the best environment for this breed of dog. He did not receive proper socialization when he was younger and at this point may be better suited as an only dog. We would prefer a home with no young children and no cats. Duke has so much potential and with some work and proper training we know he could really thrive.

If you have experience with this breed and the time to give Duke the attention and care he deserves please contact us. Duke would love to meet you!

An adoption fee of $250 includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm preventatives if appropriate, and all medical costs while in our care. Duke is scheduled to be neutered, microchipped, and receive his second round of vaccinations of January 24th.
