Brazzel AKA B-Razz is a 10 years old chihuahua / husky mix He weights about 25 lbs. he was adopted as a puppy from a shelter and then over the summer when his family moved, they dropped him off at a Chicago shelter. The foster parent says he's the best dog, and if she needed another dog, she'd adopt him in a heartbeat. He is crate trained and goes into his crate as soon as she sees the foster mother getting ready to leave. He loves other dogs, cats and is good with the foster parent's birds. He loves to go for walks and likes to sit outside with them. He will run away if given the chance so a fenced in yard would be best for him. He is really sweet and loves to be loved on. He lives with a foster family with kids, ages 8, 7, and 10 months old but would do best with older kids. He guards his blanket and will snap at t hem if they get too close. Brazzel is really smart and very fast. The foster parent believes he'd make an amazing agility dog. Unfortunately he is such a lover, so taking really good pictures of him is nearly impossible because he always want to come forward to the camera holder for some loving.

He's neutered, up to date on his vaccination, and has a microchip.

His adoption fee is $175. If you're interested in adopting him, please go to and fill out our online application.
Brazzel, Chihuahua & Husky Mix has been shared from Shelter Exchange.

About Fur Angels Animal Sanctuary

About Our Rescue Group...

I got involved with rescue work out of love for animals. I had decided to set up my own rescue. I serve mostly deaf animals because they are first to be put down and are usually deemed untrainable, unadoptable and unlovable. I didn't feel this was right or fair.

Our Adoption Process...

We are a small rescue who cares for all our pets in
foster homes. We do NOT have a facility & all animals
are seen by appointment only, after an application has
been approved.
Dogs' adoption fee includes vetting, spaying/neutering, and any health care they may need. For some dogs, the fee may be reduced for reasons that can be made available. Cats' adoption fee include vetting, spaying/neutering, and any health care. All are heartworm negative. We require all possible adopters to fill out an adoption application, and to submit themselves to home visits by staff or volunteers, or by local rescues. Vet reference will be required and will be used. Upon adopting, an adoption contract will be signed. Call me or email to start this process.
