Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB ~ 2011.
Steve is a big, healthy and awkward cat - often found sitting half upright in chairs, or snuggled behind your knees on the couch. As an active cat, he loves to roll around and play - seeing him lumber after a cat toy is like watching a polar bear chase a car. He has very soft fur, and his face is very intense.
Steve found our porch during the coldest days last winter, where he snuggled into the cushions trying to keep warm. After seeing him shiver we brought him inside. After a few months of warmth, food and a few vet visits (shots + neutering), he transformed into the huge polar bear we know as Steve.
Steve loves to grab feet to rope you into playing - tough in small spaces. He seems to get along with female cats, but is very interested in chasing male cats around. Best suited to a home with older kids who have good foot control, and without other male cats.
Steve is participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue. Toronto Cat Rescue does not accept responsibility for any pet placements that result from this service.
