Lilo's Story...
Fun, Energetic, Sweet Girl

Meet Lilo. She is a 6 month old Lab, Border Collie, Beagle, Boxer Mix.  What a combo right!? She is a tiny little thing. She gets along with other dogs and is crate trained. We are working on the house breaking and seem to have it down, so I would say about 75% so far.  She likes to play with her brother Stitch and run around doing the zoomies.

This animal is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. They have been heartworm tested (negative) and on prevention.  The adoption fee is $300.00 If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilo, a Akron Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Akron, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Akron.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Akron already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Akron breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Akron paves the way for another one to be saved.
