Please meet this adorable puppy Elvin! He was dropped off to this korean shelter in a box with his brother when he was just 2 month old and has been living at the same shelter since then. He is 1.5 yrs old and grew up to be very affectionate cutie pie who loves people and other dogs. He can be a bit shy at first.
He weighs about 20 lbs and is being fostered in Haymarket, VA. He loves his walks. He is very mellow puppy who is learning a new life in U.S.
