Hi, I’m Mollie. I'm a 1 year old wire haired dachshund, weighing in at 9 lbs. I’m a very lovable and affectionate little girl who enjoys snuggling in my humans’ laps. I’m also extremely playful and social, and will need a home with another energetic doggie, ‘cause I love to play most all the time. A FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED, as I really need to run off my energy … I wouldn’t do very well in an apartment. Taking walks is also a wonderful thing for me. I get along with the other dogs in my foster home, but there aren’t any cats around, so I don’t know how I’d do with them. I stay in a 2’x4’ pen at night when I sleep and during the day when foster mom is at work. I don’t mind being in the pen, but then I “run like the wind” and play hard when I’m let out during the evening. I would do best in a home with another small dog. I’m also working on my potty training. Mollie is up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchipped, de-wormed, and spayed. Mollie’s adoption fee is $300.00.
