About FMCTAS =Friends of Montgomery county TX Animal shelter Non-profit 501(c)3

About Our Rescue Group...

After Law school and working for European companies, travelling the world, I retired.
When Katrina hit New Orleans ,I decided I had to do what was closest to my heart, help animals in need. I became a full time volunteer at the local shelter and saw the need to create a non-profit, to help with vet care, supplies and needs of the Montgomery shelter (about 2000 animals are abandoned there every month ).
For 10 years, volunteers, fosters and friends have helped safe so many lives and find good homes to animals that otherwise would have been dead today.
