Prince's Info...

Prince's Story...
Hello!

My name is Prince and I am a very sweet and loving Lab mix that is around 4-5 years old. I get along with other dogs but would do best in a home with no cats or kids. I am very nervous, and need a quiet home that will be patient with my while I learn how to trust. I came into rescue and then learned that I had Heart Worms (I knew I did not feel well). I have received my first treatment and will get another one next month. I will then be placed on heartguard for 6 months at which time I will be retested. I am doing well with housebreaking and crate training in my foster home, but do need reminders.

I will be UTD on shots, wormed, micro-chipped, HW tested/treated and neutered. My adoption fee is $250.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince, a Laingsburg Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Laingsburg, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Laingsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Laingsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Laingsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Laingsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
