My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there!
My name is Roxy. I am a 1½ year old Australian Shepherd mix and weigh 57 pounds. Everyone says how pretty I am.

I might be a little skittish when we first meet, but once I get to know you, what a great friendship it will be and I give kisses freely!

I get very excited when outdoors. I am energetic and run as fast a lightening. I would love to go on long walks to work off my energy, or runs if you are runner.

I know some commands. I am young and eager to learn more with my new family!

I would be best in an active family with no small children. I get along well with other dogs but do not like cats. A fenced in yard is a must for me.

Roxy was surrendered to the shelter by a man who said he found her 2 months ago and we wish we could find her owner. She is colored like a Rottweiler or Doberman but is the wrong body type, she has no tail. Just a furry nob! She's more Shepherd looking minus the tail.

She is 1-2 years old and weighs 57 pounds. Whatever breed she is, it turned out beautifully. She is social and friendly. Her morning walk is the best time of her day. This lovely girl should make a very good family companion. She gives kisses freely.
