Honey Bee currently has a pending adoption. Please stay tuned for details!
Hi! My name is Honey Bee!
I am a small young lady looking for my very own home and family. My new home needs a fenced yard and other dogs for play and for showing me house rules. I am special needs. I do not hear well. I need someone with a lot of patience and willing to help me learn about this big wonderful world.
I live in a foster home with 5 furry foster brothers and one furry foster sister. They are all sizes (20lbs to 120lbs), so big or little does not matter to me. We all get along just fine. We play chase, tug with the squeaky toys; and then nap together when our batteries run low.
I have been trying to get to know my foster cat sister, but she is very stand offish. So, I have not had any luck getting her to play with me. I do like to sneak to her food bowl and finish her left overs when she is napping in her bed. So, I guess cats are okay, if they don’t mind sharing some yummy morsels.
I really like to be in my foster Momma’s lap and get super belly rubs. She says that I am a good girl that is very active and I keep her on her toes.
I can walk on a leash and I am learning my house manners. I really love going for car rides and visiting other people and dogs. Could you find room in your heart and home for me?
Honey Bee is a Pomeranian/Spaniel mix. She is a little girl weighing 16 pounds and is approximately 11-12 months old. She has a beautiful soft coat that is the color of honey. Her dark eyes sparkle with fun and will win your heart. She is completely vetted (spayed, heartworm negative; and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives).
If you are looking for a little girl to become a new family member, Honey Bee may be the sweetness you need to add to your life. Remember she is special needs and will require a fenced yard, other dogs, and someone to give her patience and love. Her adoption is limited to a 100 mile radius of Pikeville, KY and will require a home visit.
She is presently in a loving foster home located in Eastern KY. Out of state adoptions and transportation can be arranged if within the restricted adoption area.
