RASCAL's Story...
SAY HELLO TO RASCAL!

Rascal is a beautiful 2 to 3 year old Bichon/Shih Tzu mix boy. He is very good with older kids (no toddlers), teens and adults.
Rascal is selective and is not his best with some other male dogs, so it would be best to have him in a home with a female.

He weighs about 15 pounds and has been house trained, however his prior owner was not consistent with his training.

Rascal can be willful, so he will need a strong owner who will not let his adorableness let him take advantage of his new owner... hence the name, little Rascal!

Rascal is a longer coated breed that will require brushing as well as professional grooming. His adoption fee is 425.00 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, Bordatella, vet check and professional groom.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RASCAL, a Phoenix Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
