Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Email Hillary at hillary.west@sbcglobal.net. Lily's current owner adopted her six years ago out of one of the LA County CA Shelters. They were told Lily had been adopted twice and returned and would be euthanized. They took her home and for six years dealt with the fact that she wasn't good with strangers but loyal to her owners. She also would not be good with children. At the time they did not have any children but their family now consists of a daughter and her two small fry, 3 years and 8 months, and Lily is not dealing well with the additional family members. Lily is spayed, current on her shots, microchipped (would require a transfer of ownership) and is housetrained. She would be great for a low traffic home with no children or visiting grandchildren. She needs an experienced corgi or herding dog savvy owner or someone who has had a dog like her in the past and was successful in making her a good canine citizen. Adoption process: referral to current do owner after completion of a pre adoption ap and a homecheck. Lily is not available for out of statement placement. Adoption donation to rescue of $75.
